1. 30-Day Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions & Item Value
- Required Condition: All returned items must be shipped back in their original, unused condition. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Loss in Value: If the item is returned damaged, used, or otherwise not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value. This amount will be deducted from your refund. The “loss in value” will be assessed upon inspection and will reflect the diminished resale value of the item.
3. Return Shipping
- Cost Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
- Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via our Support Page, within the 30-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once the RMA is provided, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided with the RMA.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund, minus any applicable deductions for loss in value, within 3 business days.
