Privacy Policy

Who we are

Dimitrix LLC operates this website at https://dimitrix.llc. We are a United States–based business, and the products we showcase and sell are offered for sale only within the United States. If you have any questions about this policy or the data we hold about you, please reach us through our Contact page.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed, along with general (approximate) location and device information. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. This information is aggregated and helps us improve the site.

For visitors located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, analytics runs only after you accept it using the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Visitors in other regions are measured by default. You can learn how Google handles data in its Privacy Policy.

Cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure your visit. We also store your consent choice in a cookie so that we do not ask again.

If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to check that your browser accepts cookies; it contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we set cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last two days and screen-option cookies last a year; choosing “Remember Me” extends your login for two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookies.

Accounts and registration

If you create an account, we store the information you provide in your user profile, such as your name and email address. You can view, edit, or delete your profile information at any time (except your username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

Signing in with a social account

You may choose to create an account or sign in using a third-party account — Google, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter). If you do, we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name and email address, to create and identify your account. We never receive your password for those accounts.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address so we can send you updates. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Contact forms

When you submit a form on our site, we use the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message) to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this information.

Spam protection

We use hCaptcha to protect our forms and registration from spam and abuse. hCaptcha may process technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics in order to distinguish human visitors from automated bots, subject to hCaptcha’s Privacy Policy.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos or images). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited that other website, which may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate features of this site on our behalf — Google (Analytics and sign-in), Facebook and X (sign-in, if you choose to use them), MailPoet (newsletter delivery), and hCaptcha (spam protection) — and only as needed to provide those features. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you register on our site, we retain the profile information you provide until you delete your account or ask us to remove it. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s data-retention settings.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to erase it. This does not include data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you have an account, you can also review and update your information, or request deletion of your account and its associated personal data, at any time from your Account page. You may also contact us through our Contact page with any request.
